The breakfast menu offered a variety of healthy and delicious foods and changed every day. The managing staff were exceptional in their helpfulness and hospitality. The kitchen staff were friendly and offered impeccably prepared food. The housekeepers were meticulously preparing and refreshing our sheets and towels every day. Our suite offered a private patio with great views, lounge area and grand bathroom and bedroom. The decor was soothing to the eye and to the ears as we had a turntable with old classic vinyls.

The day and night reception staff, especially Mehmet bey, went over and beyond to help and accommodate our requests. The breakfast garden was such a selling point with its beauty as well as the quality of breakfast and friendliness of staff. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned carefully daily. Air conditioning and tea options in the room were much appreciated. The hotel itself has great access to bus stops, havaist station, and taksim metro station. A 10-15 minute walk along the steep alleys and several steps also gets you to beyoglu and Kabataş tram lines.

Nice, clean top floor apartment, tasty breakfast with really good home made coffees. Great location too, close to lots of restaurants and nearby attractions, as well as public transportation. But the best thing about the place was the staff, who were always here to help you. Special shoutout to Veli, Murat, the lovely girl who made me yummy cappuccinos at breakfast and the cleaning staff who made my stay exceptional! Thank you for your kindness and all your help! I like how the place seems like it's run by a family even though it isn't. A bonus was the cat therapy in the breakfast area :)

Since the first second we came to the hotel, the staff are friendly and greeted us with "welcome home!" And they're not lying. I like the relaxing atmosphere, the feeling that youre not at the cold and rigid chain hotel, but instead at family home. But still, everyone works above and beyond to make sure our stay is as comfortable as it can be, and they clean the room everyday. The room is spacious, bed is comfortable and huge, good space cupboard and bathroom, breakfast is delicious, and location is very close to Taksim Square. Bus, metro, tram, and ferry stops are within 10 minutes walking. Mind you the area is hilly but it doesn't matter too much.

My stay at the Marions Suite was excellent! The staff were always available and eager to assist, the room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the garden at the back is a hidden gem — perfect for taking a break, reading a book, or simply enjoying a cup of coffee. The breakfast was also outstanding. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place for its central yet peaceful location, spotless rooms, and wonderfully friendly staff.

Front lobby is adorable with tea and coffee and front desk staff available 24/7. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel is in a great location, just off Taksim Square but on a quiet street. Staff were lovely and beds super comfortable. Nice breakfast in their garden as well. Would recommend.

The environment was very pleasant, the breakfast was great, it had an elevator, the room was spacious and well equipped, they also had a parking that they collaborated with 1 minute away.

We stayed at this hotel with my husband and my kid. The place is very nicely decorated. Very clean and the staff was super helpful from the beginning to the end. I regret I did not ask for their name but they are 3 young men and they were great. We really enjoyed having some cute cats around. I felt like beeing home. The hotel is located just behind the main street with all the shop and restaurants. And 5 to 10 min to the tramway. It is a Nice place to stay and if we come back we would stay there for sure !! Thank you again

Lovely and friendly staff in a great hotel. It is in a perfect location to walk to many places in the centre. Easy walks to metro, tram and boat landings (hilly, like all Istanbul). The hotel is really cosy and nicely decorated in a Turkish artistic style. Authentic and warm - a mix of modern and traditional. Breakfast was amazing: really inviting breakfast room and great fresh bread (simit). An excellent mix of hot and cold homemade food (eggs, cheeses, charcuterie, salads, olives, peppers, cakes, etc.). We went with our two teenage kids and we all really loved this place and would definitely return!
